I was 22 and met her on Plenty of Fish. At first it was just dumb late night flirting, nothing extreme, nothing that felt like some huge risk. Then two days in everything flipped.

She suddenly said she was actually 15. Right after that I started getting messages from people claiming to be her grandparents. They said they were going to call police, contact my family and ruin my life unless I sent money immediately.

The worst part was how fast panic took over. Even when something feels wrong, fear gets there first. Your chest gets tight and all you want is for the noise to stop. Looking back, it was obviously staged. But in the moment it felt like my whole life was about to collapse.
